  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 4 oz sliced salami
  • 3.54 oz pepperoni
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped pepperoncini
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the homemade Italian dressing and refrigerate.
  2. Cook the rotini pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the warm pasta with half of the dressing, then add remaining ingredients: salami, pepperoni, tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, red onion, pepperoncini, and mozzarella.
